Leadership: Building Self-Empowered Teams is a customized program that is designed to address the individualized needs for each client organization. In this program participants learn skills that assist in increasing self-awareness and personal effectiveness and learn self-leadership by applying the Ten Characteristics of Self-Empowerment.
By participating in interactive activities designed to strengthen their interpersonal skills, they will come to understand their impact on groups; practice shared leadership and discover how to distribute leadership within their teams.
